Dr. Jonathan Calvillo has recently released a book titled: The Saints of Santa Anna: Faith and Ethnicity In A Mexican Majority City. Dr. Calvillo is a wonderful professor at Boston University School of Theology and does an amazing job at bringing Latinx topics/issues/mentalities to the schools curriculum. He is also a great supporter of Latinx events hosted at the school, often helping with the planning of such events or being a willing participant when students approach him. This event will function as a Q&A for his most recent book and a learning opportunity for many of us interested in Latinx Studies.
